The personnel was really kind and pleasant. The room was big size and fancy with great mountain view, had essentials required. Truly enjoyed modern decor, plus 2 televisions and a seating area were at a high level.

The hotel is located very close to the beautiful park where you can take a nice stroll or have a picnic. It is also conveniently situated near the local shops and restaurants. the breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of food options to choose from. the view from the room was breathtaking, with stunning scenery and plenty of natural light.
The Wi-Fi connection was weak and unreliable.

The hotel is clean with a nice design and one of the best views. It has a stunning location very close to the main center as well as Borjomi for two nights. The stay in this stunningly beautiful property was wonderful and we will come back.

This hotel is a gem! Its central location is perfect, within walking distance of all the must-see sights in town. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. The rooms are cozy, spacious, and with excellent mountain views from the balconies. The drinks and breakfast were also included, which we found to be a great value for money.
Nothing to complain about, this hotel made our stay in the city so comfortable!

We were amazed by the comfort and cleanliness of our room at Milano Palace hotel. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a great feature. The owner was so hospitable and made us feel at home. we highly recommend this hotel.
